Are they really going to ride away with your TV?

Sometimes residents near proposed bike treatments talk about fear of crime that bike facilities might bring about. In reality, a more bikeable and walkable community brings residents closer together and more likely to help each other out. For some statistics for Minneapolis and the crime figures before and after the Midtown Greenway in that area, see the attached file. (Thanks to Carl Follstad of the BETF for rounding this up!)
